1. Acceptance
By using MindSync AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your credentials confidential.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use MindSync AI to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates another person's privacy or IP rights.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of prompts you submit and, subject to applicable law and these Terms, the images you generate. You grant MindSync AI a limited license to host, process and display content as needed to operate the service.
5. Payment & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law or our Refund Policy.
6. Service availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindSync AI's total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
